OVERVIEW
Welcome to Aura Nutrition. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating as Aura Nutrition.
These Terms of Service govern your use of shopauranutrition.com and purchases made through our online store, including related content, tools and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Returns & Refunds Policy explains our return procedures. Both policies are available on our website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.
- ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You must provide accurate and current contact, delivery and payment information and be authorised to use the payment method submitted.
If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not impersonate another person or use another person’s account without permission.
- PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately, including their ingredients, size, flavour and intended use.
Product colours and packaging may appear slightly different depending on your screen or packaging updates. This does not affect our obligation to supply products matching their description.
We may update product listings, discontinue products or introduce reasonable purchase limits for future orders. We will not substitute a materially different product in an accepted order without your agreement.
- SUPPLEMENT INFORMATION AND USE
Information on our website is general product information and is not personalised medical advice.
Read each product’s ingredients, allergen information, directions, storage instructions and warnings before use. Follow the recommended serving instructions and any restrictions stated on the label.
If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether a product is suitable, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Do not consume a product if its safety seal is broken on arrival or you suspect it is damaged or unsafe. Contact us so we can investigate.
Individual experiences and results vary. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise identical results for every customer.
These provisions do not reduce our responsibility for product safety, accurate descriptions or compliance with applicable consumer guarantees.
- ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products at the displayed checkout price.
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the products, whichever happens first.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for reasonable reasons, including unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or a genuine material listing error.
If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment taken for the affected items and any delivery charges that no longer apply.
After acceptance, we will not materially change your order without your agreement. Any cancellation by us must be consistent with applicable law and your consumer rights.

- PRICES, PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless another currency is expressly identified.
Australian consumer prices include GST where applicable. Delivery charges and other applicable charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Price changes apply to future orders and do not alter the price of an accepted order.
Payment must be authorised and successfully processed before dispatch. Payment processing may be subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
Promotions may have additional conditions, including expiry dates, eligible products and usage limits. These will be disclosed with the offer. Promotion conditions do not override mandatory consumer rights.
If we discover a material pricing error before accepting your order, we will explain the error and offer you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or receiving a refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout or in our shipping information.
Delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If a significant delay occurs, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available options.
We remain your point of contact for products that are lost, damaged or not delivered. Handing an order to a carrier does not remove our obligations to you.
Risk of loss or damage passes when the products are delivered to you, your nominated recipient or a location you expressly authorised for unattended delivery, subject to applicable law.
Please check your delivery address carefully. If an address error causes additional delivery costs, we will explain any reasonable actual costs before arranging redelivery. This does not apply where the error was ours.
- CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation of unfulfilled items by emailing Auranutritionsales@gmail.com with your order number.
If the items have not been dispatched or fulfilled, we will cancel them and refund the amount paid for those items and any delivery charges that no longer apply.
Once items have been dispatched or fulfilled, we may be unable to stop delivery. You may still request a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
This section does not limit cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.
For change-of-mind returns:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with safety seals intact.
• Provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
• You are responsible for return postage.
• Original delivery charges are not refundable.
• No restocking fee applies.

The 14-day limit and unopened-product conditions do not apply to claims under Australian Consumer Law.
For confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return postage where a return is required.
- AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For other failures, we will provide the remedy required by law within a reasonable time. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
These rights apply to discounted products as well as full-price products and are not replaced by our voluntary return conditions.
- RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Aura Nutrition is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology supporting our store.
Purchases through our store are made directly with Aura Nutrition. Questions about orders, products, delivery, returns and refunds should be directed to us.
Shopify’s responsibilities for its own services are governed by its applicable terms and the law. Nothing in these Terms releases Shopify or any other party from liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- PRIVACY
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Shopify and other service providers may process information necessary for payments, store operation, delivery and other disclosed purposes, including outside Australia.

- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, branding, logos, photographs, graphics and other materials are owned by Aura Nutrition or used with the permission of their respective owners.
You may browse the website and save information reasonably necessary for your personal shopping, purchase records or exercise of legal rights.
You must not copy or commercially exploit our branding or protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
Shopify and other third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
- REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
Reviews and other content you submit must be honest, based on your genuine experience and not infringe another person’s rights. Disclose any incentive received for a review.
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting a public review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and reproduce it in connection with our store and product marketing, subject to applicable law.
We will not edit a review in a way that changes its meaning. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, unrelated to the product or contains another person’s private information.
Private support messages are handled under our Privacy Policy and are not treated as permission to publish your personal information or testimonial.
- ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use the Services to:
• Commit fraud or engage in unlawful activity.
• Harass, threaten or abuse others.
• Submit false payment details or impersonate another person.
• Upload malicious software or interfere with website security.
• Access accounts or personal information without authority.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Send unsolicited spam.
• Bypass access restrictions or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the Services.
If you use an automated shopping assistant or agent, it must act within your authority, identify itself where requested and respect security and access restrictions.
- THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may include third-party tools, payment services or links to external websites.
Separate terms and privacy policies may apply to those services. We do not control independent third-party websites and encourage you to review their terms before using them.
Nothing in this section excludes our responsibility for service providers acting on our behalf or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS
We take reasonable care to maintain the website but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or necessary updates. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
We may correct listing errors and update information. Corrections do not automatically change accepted orders or remove your existing rights.
- RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Each party remains responsible for its conduct and obligations under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, misleading conduct, negligence or any other matter where exclusion would be unlawful.
You are not required to indemnify us for losses caused by our own acts, omissions or breach of these Terms.
Any claim arising from misuse of the Services will be assessed under applicable law, taking account of each party’s contribution to the loss.
- ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may reasonably restrict or suspend access where necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these Terms.
Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm.
Suspending an account does not remove your rights relating to paid orders, refunds, consumer guarantees or privacy requests. Any amount lawfully owed by either party remains payable.
- COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
If you have a concern, contact Auranutritionsales@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.
We will consider your complaint and seek a fair resolution within a reasonable time.
You remain free to contact a consumer protection agency, seek independent advice or pursue available legal remedies. Contacting us first is encouraged but does not restrict those rights.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the applicable laws of Australia.
The courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not prevent you from bringing a claim in another court or tribunal where applicable law allows, or remove mandatory protections available where you live.
- GENERAL TERMS
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue where reasonably possible.
A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
Neither party may transfer obligations under these Terms in a way that materially reduces the other party’s rights without their agreement.
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them govern use of the Services and purchases. They do not exclude rights arising from representations or promises that are enforceable under applicable law.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms for future use of the Services and future orders.
The updated version will be published on our website with a revised date. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law.
The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order unless you agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
